I had a situation where the buyer’s realtor was responsible for amending paperwork for the sale and it was wrong - way wrong - would have negatively impacted the sale of the house wrong. Instead of just letting it happen or pushing it back to that realtor, she fixed it herself and worked with the buyers realtor to ensure the rest of the paperwork was correct. Additionally, there were concerns with the appraisal. Instead of taking it as-is, Kristy called multiple offices to find the right people (who weren’t on vacation) to talk to, drove up to their office when they didn’t respond quick enough, and got additional people involved to ensure I got the best outcome possible.
